Chief AI Officer · Revolution Prep
I'm going to skip the part where I tell you AI can and will transform your work and your life. You've heard that spiel, and possibly even given it to others. What you haven't done yet is get your hands on the tools with personal coaching from someone who builds with AI every day. That's why I developed this product: to help you set up your first AI agents, build real skills, and develop genuine confidence about the subject.
For the executives I work with, confidence isn't in short supply. You've probably built yours over years of battles won, bouncing back from short-term failures, and genuine reflection. And now with the advent of the AI Age, facing a confidence deficit can feel frustrating. Nobody around you will tell you what you don't know, because you sign their paychecks. Your team sends you AI summaries written to sound impressive, but not to help you actually learn.
"If ChatGPT is nothing more than a fancy search engine to you, that's the perfect starting point."
There's a gap between having poked around with ChatGPT and actually having a hands-on understanding of what's possible, what's nonsense, and where AI agents fit into your specific business. Closing that gap is more lucrative than most people realize!
What I built
I've spent the past 17 years at Revolution Prep, a successful ed-tech company, building systems that help people learn. For the last two of those, I've been building with AI every single day. Wiring up agent workflows, stress-testing tools as they ship, running AI systems that handle thousands of user interactions a month.
I studied physics at UC Berkeley and haven't used a single equation since. What I learned was more useful than any equation: how to build a working model of something you don't fully understand yet, test it, and refine it until you do. That's what I do now, except the thing I'm modeling is how AI actually works inside a real business.
When you've built an agentic mindset, you'll understand AI well enough to see opportunities without needing someone to point them out. You'll look at due diligence, portfolio reporting, customer onboarding (whatever your world looks like) and spot where an AI agent could cut 40 hours of manual work, or dramatically expand your org's capabilities to win. You'll sit through a vendor pitch and know whether they're describing something real or peddling slop.
From experience training others, I know this mindset doesn't come from reading articles or watching videos. It comes from building real things — your own agents, your own workflows — with someone who builds with these tools every day.
How it works
You get me, 1-on-1, focused entirely on helping you set up AI agents and build real skills. About 6 hours of focused onboarding in your first few weeks, then 12 months of support as you put your new skills to work.
In our first sessions, you'll use Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI tools as a practitioner, not a spectator. I'll cut through the marketing noise and show you what each tool actually does, which ones matter for your world, and why.
We'll take a real workflow from your business — due diligence prep, document review, market monitoring, whatever fits — and build a working AI agent around it in a platform like Claude Code or Codex, together. You'll set it up yourself, with me guiding every step.
With the foundation in place, you'll learn to spot agent opportunities across your business and build with increasing independence. I'm available for 12 months as your needs evolve: new use cases, vendor evaluations, team strategy, whatever comes up.
After we work together
"I've known and trained thousands of teachers in my career. Ben is at the top of the mountain as a coach and technologist. I've watched Ben build AI systems that actually work at scale. When people in my network ask me who can help them get real with AI, not just talk about it, Ben is the person I send them to."

Questions
Nope. Most people I work with come from finance, operations, or deal-making. If you can learn to read a balance sheet, you can learn to build an AI workflow.
About 6 hours of onboarding spread across your first few weeks. After that, 12 months of support: bring questions, share vendor pitches, work through new problems as they come up. It fits around an executive's busy calendar.
It's not a fit if you're looking for a performative certificate for LinkedIn, or a passive experience. If you're checking a box, this will feel like a waste of time for both of us. If you're trying to get good at something, we'll get along great.
Most companies have professional development budgets that cover exactly this. I can provide whatever documentation or invoicing your org needs.
In 30 minutes I'll learn about your situation, you'll get a feel for how I think and coach.
